• Tours may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
• Passengers notified and refunded or offered alternative tours

Local Laws and Regulations

• Passengers responsible for complying with local laws and regulations
• Company not liable for non-compliance

Text Messaging

By creating or activating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services.

Restrictions:

You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels;

Extension Charges for Round Trips

If your round trip extends beyond midnight on the arrival date for any reason, additional charges will apply as follows: Rs. 300 per hour will be charged from 12 AM to 3 AM. If the trip extends beyond 3 AM, you are liable to pay the full next day's charge, which is calculated as 300 km multiplied by the extra fare per km.

Repair or Cleaning Fees

You are responsible for the cost of repairs for any damage to or necessary cleaning of vehicles and property resulting from your use of the Services, beyond normal “wear and tear” and necessary cleaning. If a reports the need for repair or cleaning, and such request is verified by Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels in its reasonable discretion, Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such repair or cleaning on behalf of the . Such amounts will be transferred to the applicable and are non-refundable.

Liability

1. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable for missed trains/flights/events or delays, as the Service is dependent on factors outside of Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels’s control. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities or external factors beyond its control. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels's "Cancellation and Refund Policy" will still apply in such circumstances. and drivers may be assigned for your ride at a reasonable time before the scheduled departure.
2. If there is a delay in the vehicle reaching the pickup location beyond 30 minutes of the scheduled time, Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels will endeavor to connect you with the or driver but will not be liable for any refund of the advance amount.
3. Complaints must be raised within 3 business days of the expected ride completion time.Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels can terminate your cab booking at any time.
4. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable for damages from the use or inability to use the Site, including issues with the call center number, network issues, malware, viruses, or incorrect/incomplete information or the Application.
5. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels does not guarantee the sustainability of its Service and is not responsible or liable for it in any manner.
6. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels is not responsible for loss of communication/information regarding status updates and benefits. This information will be sent to your registered mobile number and/or email ID. Lakshmikanth is not responsible for the appropriateness of communication mediums. You are responsible for immediately reporting errors in booking confirmation information.
7. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any inter-state tax levied on the vehicle during the ride like MCD Toll Tax, for any Central and State Toll Tax, for any parking ticket, etc. You shall be responsible for collecting all the receipts of Toll tax, State tax, Parking fee, etc. . Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for providing the receipts or invoice for payments which are not included in the trip package and expected to be paid directly by you as per the applicable law.
8. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels reserves the right to cancel the ride if any discrepancy is found regarding the cab capacity or your number of riders. If any request is found in violation of the company's terms and conditions or applicable law, the ride will be cancelled immediately.
9. Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels shall not be liable for any pass or permit or medical test report, such as a COVID-19 test report, required for travel for both customer and driver. You need to arrange these yourself at your own cost and expenditure.

Baggage Allowance

A maximum of 2 bags are allowed in small cars (Sedan) and a maximum of 4 bags in larger cars (e.g., SUV, Innova). Each bag must not exceed 158 cm (62.2 in) in total dimensions (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 32 kg.

5.2.12 You are responsible for your items and luggage. In case of lost items in the vehicle during the journey, Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for any loss or damage. If you leave goods in the vehicle or have a complaint about the Services or use of the vehicle, inform Lakshmikanth in writing within 24 hours of using the vehicle or Services. If found, you will be informed to SLK .where you can collect it after 3 working days. SLK is not responsible for delivering the item back to you. If requested, SLK may deliver the item within 10 km of the SLK office, charging a flat fee of Rs. 500/-.

Governing Law; Arbitration

These User Terms are subject to the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these User Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Site, the Service, or the Application (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be attempted to be settled amicably through negotiation and consultation at such offices of Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels as Sri Lakshmikanth Tours and Travels may designate. If the dispute is not resolved internally after at least 30 (thirty) days of negotiation in good faith, it shall be subject to binding and final arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time, or any law relating to arbitration in force at the time of such reference if the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is no longer in force.
